Bristle Fiber

Description

Bristle fiber consists of hard and long stands of coir fiber, includes fiber production. Immature husks are placed in a pit filled with water for 2 to 6 months to break down microorganisms. The long fibers are separated by a grinding process then dried and cleaned.



The brown fiber is extracted from the spiced coconut that have lost their green color when combing, we classify as 1 tie, 2 tie, and 3 tie fibers. Brown fiber can Also chemically convert to white or black fibers. They can also be cut into different sizes. 12 cm, 15cm ,17cm and 18cm. the finished fiber is packed in sacks of normal weight 12 kg for easy handling. Bristle Fiber has substantial moisture retention properties with good aeration
